Senior Cost Engineer

Responsibilities

• Verify and consolidate accurate estimates throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and control cost estimates and analyze cost variances
• Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to provide financial insights
• Manage and mentor cost engineers within the team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, quantity surveying, or finance
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimation, project cost control, or quantity surveying
• Extensive experience within the oil and gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as AACE, PMP, CCE, or MRICS
