Senior Cost Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive assignments within the cost management competence area
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients including developers, investors, and contractors through analysis and calculations
• Perform calculations throughout all stages of a construction project
• Support decision-making through cost optimization and predictability

Requirements

• At least seven years of experience as a cost engineer (kalkylingenjör)
• Experience in the construction industry
• Proficiency in quantity takeoff using tools like Bluebeam
• Experience handling 3D/BIM models using Solibri or Navisworks
• Knowledge of and interest in sustainability and climate impact reduction
• Strong social skills and ability to build long-term professional relationships
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid B-driver's license
