Senior Cost Controls Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimation processes by reviewing project plans and specifications
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to execute cost control measures
• Review and validate vendor quotes and subcontractor bids
• Provide strategic recommendations on cost optimization and long-term budget planning to senior leadership
• Drive continuous improvement of internal cost estimation and control processes
• Travel up to 30% to oversee multiple project sites

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cost engineering, cost management, or estimating
• Experience in energy, construction, or technology sectors
• Proven experience managing project budgets and cost reporting for complex projects
• Ability to adapt to changes in project scope and cost structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hyperscale data center construction cost management
