Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze cost reports related to manufacturing processes
• Conduct product cost analysis including bill of materials, labor costs, and overhead rates
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insights on cost trends and variances
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
• Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Experience with Oracle is a plus
• Fluency in English
