About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the monthly inventory subledger reconciliation process, including reconciling transactions between the MES tool and ERP subledger
  • Act as a key contributor in building out the satellite costing function
  • Identify and resolve complex issues, data discrepancies, and process bottlenecks to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the broader accounting team on month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Support financial audits and SOX compliance initiatives by providing necessary documentation and process insights

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in inventory accounting and costing
  • Experience in a high-growth manufacturing, hardware, or tech environment
  • Strong understanding of internal control frameworks
  • Demonstrated expertise in solving complex operational issues
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders
  • U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status (required for export control compliance)

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA or CMA certification
  • Hands-on experience with the NetSuite manufacturing module
  • Deep knowledge of PLM and MES flows
  • Background in supporting financial audits and/or SOX compliance
  • A passion for space, engineering, or building complex systems
