Senior Corporate Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers to understand team needs and shape hiring strategies
• Own full-cycle recruiting across marketing, growth, and corporate functions
• Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing and network-driven outreach
• Run structured, high-signal interview processes and deliver strong candidate experiences
• Improve recruiting workflows, tools, and decision-making with an operator mindset
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and leadership to support hiring goals
• Use data and market insight to inform hiring strategy and calibrate searches

Requirements

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience
• Demonstrated success owning and closing roles across GTM and corporate functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions
• Experience operating independently and driving searches without heavy oversight
• Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Ashby) and modern sourcing tools
• US work eligibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• A mix of agency and in-house recruiting experience
• Passion for music and creative technology
