Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers to shape hiring strategies
- Own full-cycle recruiting across marketing, growth, and corporate functions
- Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing
- Run structured, high-signal interview processes and deliver strong candidate experiences
- Improve recruiting workflows, tools, and decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and leadership
- Use data and market insight to inform hiring strategy
Requirements
- 5–7 years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
- Success owning and closing roles across GTM and corporate functions
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
- Ability to operate independently and drive searches without heavy oversight
- Familiarity with ATS systems like Ashby and modern sourcing tools
- Interest in building processes and a passion for music or creative technology
