Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers to shape hiring strategies
• Own full-cycle recruiting across marketing, growth, and corporate functions
• Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing
• Run structured, high-signal interview processes and deliver strong candidate experiences
• Improve recruiting workflows, tools, and decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and leadership
• Use data and market insight to inform hiring strategy

Requirements

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience with significant in-house experience
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
• Success owning and closing roles across GTM and corporate functions
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
• Ability to operate independently and drive searches without heavy oversight
• Familiarity with ATS systems like Ashby and modern sourcing tools
• Interest in building processes and a passion for music or creative technology
