Senior Corporate Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the functionality and troubleshooting of the Mobile Frame System for quality analysis data across all Mission Foods Divisions.
• Support the maintenance and distribution of raw material and finished product specifications within the ERP system.
• Monitor adherence to Food Safety, Preventive Controls, and internal standards through routine audits, including calibration, scorecards, and warehouse weight audits.
• Ensure compliance with finished product performance requirements using statistical control tools.
• Coordinate facility compliance with environmental regulatory requirements, including laboratory testing and documentation.
• Monitor Sustainability Program practices at the facility level and maintain internal reports for decision-making.
• Participate in innovation projects by coordinating efforts between key users and programmers.
• Perform domestic travel (20%) and international travel (10%) as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, food science, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in quality management roles within food or beverage manufacturing.
• Two years of experience in internal audits and SAP quality management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, preventive controls, and regulatory requirements (FDA & FSMA).
• Familiarity with certification agencies such as SQF, AIB, GFCO, or QAI.
