Senior Corporate Legal Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct the legal departments including contracts, corporate governance, compliance, litigation, and regulatory affairs
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts such as commercial, supply, service, construction, credit, leasing, and distribution agreements
• Coordinate corporate assemblies, powers of attorney, and minutes
• Participate in financing processes and maintain relationships with financial institutions
• Manage legal risks and lead crisis management efforts to contain legal exposure
• Oversee regulatory compliance and coordinate with experts on specialized topics such as water and waste management

Requirements

• University degree in Law (must be titled/titulado)
• 5 or more years of professional experience in legal management
• Proven expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Experience in litigation management and risk mitigation
