Senior Corporate Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft and review commercial contracts and other legal documents (POA, MOU, NDA) in Thai and English
• Provide legal advice and coordinate with related stakeholders
• Coordinate with commercial and business units to negotiate legal terms and explain legal consequences
• Provide legal training to company staff on existing and upcoming laws, regulations, and company policies
• Assist in various ad-hoc projects and build trust with stakeholders
• Liaise with government authorities and third parties as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Laws
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the legal field
• Valid lawyer license (required)
• Native proficiency in Thai and strong command of English
• Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts

Preferred Qualifications

• Notary Public certification
