Senior Corporate HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, talent strategy, and performance management.
• Lead complex associate relations and organizational challenges using sound judgment and an enterprise-level perspective.
• Translate business strategies into actionable people strategies to strengthen engagement and operational results.
• Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends and provide insight-driven recommendations to decision-makers.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to implement solutions across talent, compensation, and learning.
• Mentor and develop HR managers and team members to build capability across the HR Services team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR or related experience.
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, ambiguous situations.
• Experience mentoring and developing HR professionals.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HCM systems.
• Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and interpersonal channels.
