About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate records, including board minutes, resolutions, licenses, and statutory filings for APAC entities.
- Support new store openings and expansion projects through board approvals, licensing, and regulatory filings.
- Handle recurring corporate information requests such as vendor onboarding and KYC.
- Coordinate responses to interim and year-end audit requests.
- Assist in preparing board meeting documentation, resolutions, and AGM requirements.
- Conduct chop/seal audits and maintain compliance with chop control policies across APAC.
- Manage corporate updates including constitutional changes, director/secretary changes, and bank signatories.
- Coordinate with external corporate secretarial firms to ensure timely and compliant filings.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on corporate projects such as capital injections and restructuring.
- Manage billing from corporate secretarial service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, corporate governance, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in-house or within professional firms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Good written and oral skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- HKICS, CGI, or equivalent professional membership.
- Experience handling entities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Competency in corporate management platforms.
