Senior Corporate FP&A Manager, Workforce Planning & Total Rewards

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end headcount planning cycle, aligning top-down envelopes and bottoms-up requests
• Manage centralized compensation and benefits budgets, including salaries, wages, contractor expenses, and SBC
• Develop and maintain business partnerships with People Operations, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition
• Establish and improve headcount and workforce reporting dashboards and executive views
• Partner with executive leadership to maintain strategic long-range planning (LRP) goals
• Use and improve internal tools to manage scenarios and connect approved plans to position workflows
• Drive continuous improvement of workforce management processes through scenario planning and post-mortems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, math, science, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to develop analytical frameworks to evaluate investment decisions
• Proficiency with Excel and presentation software
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to data integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Public company experience
• Experience managing G&A functions
• Extensive experience with Pigment or other ERP solutions like Anaplan
• Experience with large datasets, SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools
• Interest in leveraging AI tools to increase finance efficiency
