Senior Corporate Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive team to define strategic priorities and assess build, buy, and partner opportunities
• Develop strategic theses, business case memos, financial analyses, and executive-level presentations
• Own corporate development processes end to end, including opportunity evaluation, due diligence, deal execution, and post-deal integration
• Lead financial analysis to support valuation, negotiations, and investment decisions
• Build perspectives on market trends, competitive dynamics, and M&A activity
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, Legal, and People to drive alignment

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, VC/PE, or Strategy
• Demonstrated experience owning M&A and/or strategic partnership processes end to end
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Ability to operate with high autonomy in fast-moving environments
• Structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate development at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Exposure to legal tech, enterprise software, or regulated B2B markets
• Background blending strategy, transactions, and operating experience
