Senior Corporate Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end corporate development agenda including acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and data monetization
• Collaborate with business leaders to source and evaluate potential acquisition and partnership opportunities
• Establish M&A Playbooks, including standardized frameworks for build/buy/partner decisions and due diligence processes
• Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of potential acquisitions, acquihires, and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with Finance on valuation, financial modeling, and return analysis
• Drive the execution of M&A transactions and lead cross-functional post-acquisition integration planning
• Represent Forter as a thought leader in agentic commerce through industry conferences and forums

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, management consulting, or private equity
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end M&A and partnership processes
• Experience in high-growth technology environments (fintech, fraud prevention, payments, or AI/ML preferred)
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and business case development capabilities
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
