About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial, civil, and regulatory disputes from early-stage conflict through resolution
- Advise on litigation risk and strategy to support business decision-making
- Monitor and advise on adherence to laws affecting aviation, identity verification, and biometric technology
- Engage with regulators and government partners regarding inquiries and disputes
- Develop and oversee compliance programs, training, and reporting mechanisms
- Conduct internal investigations and ensure appropriate remediation
Requirements
- 10+ years of legal experience in litigation, regulatory law, or compliance
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Membership in at least one U.S. state bar in good standing
- Experience providing pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice
- Ability to manage complex legal matters independently
