Senior Corporate Auditor

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with audit teams to conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits.
• Assess the design and effectiveness of internal controls and evaluate compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Identify audit issues, analyze root causes, and provide practical recommendations to improve processes and controls.
• Prepare audit findings and present results to business and functional leaders.
• Ensure management action plans are developed, sustainable, and implemented within agreed timelines.
• Produce complete and well-documented work papers supporting audit conclusions.
• Participate in global and regional initiatives to enhance Corporate Audit methodologies and processes.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, internal controls, and auditing practices.
• Demonstrated project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with business-level fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP.
• CIA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent local certification.
• Working knowledge of statistical sampling methodologies.
• Solid analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
