Senior Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive creative concepts and creative lines for communication campaigns in traditional and digital media
• Write persuasive and effective copy for 360° campaigns, including TV, radio, digital, social media, point of sale, and print media
• Lead brainstorming sessions and present creative ideas to clients and internal teams, defending the conceptual vision
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors to create creative duos that develop integrated and consistent campaigns
• Ensure all copy maintains the established brand voice, tone, and personality according to guidelines
• Adapt messages and concepts for different audiences, markets, and platforms without losing creative essence
• Participate in the development of creative strategies by translating consumer insights into relevant and differentiating messages
• Participate in new business pitches by contributing strategic ideas and winning creative concepts

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Literature, Journalism, or related fields
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in collaboration and project management platforms
• Advanced English proficiency
