Senior Copywriter

Responsibilities

• Oversee branded and unbranded content creation to ensure message consistency across tactics
• Write clear, concise, and accurate copy across various formats and audiences, utilizing AI responsibly
• Pivot writing style and voice to suit different clients, brands, and audiences
• Bridge creative approaches with client Medical and Legal requirements
• Lead concept development with a strong understanding of brand and audience needs
• Manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines
• Provide mentorship and feedback to junior team members
• Present ideas clearly and professionally, adapting to feedback in real time

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in English, journalism, communications, or a science
• Proven pharmaceutical and oncology advertising experience
• 2–4 years of copywriting experience in medical writing
• Required experience working with Healthcare Professionals (HCP)
• Strong conceptual thinking, presentation, and AI skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Global market experience
• Direct client-facing experience with the ability to engage confidently in meetings
• Previous experience working within a holding company structure
