Responsibilities

• Study and fully understand social media strategies set for each client
• Create compelling content for digital media platforms, websites, branding, and events
• Follow up on content calendar execution to ensure alignment with client goals and company standards
• Mentor junior content team members through training and guidance on industry trends
• Perform quality assurance by reviewing, editing, and proofreading content for brand voice consistency
• Adhere to internal company processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in content creation within an advertising agency environment
• Proven track record of managing creative content and successful campaigns
• Excellent communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and current trends
