Senior Copywriter & AI Systems Architect

Responsibilities

• Write high-impact copy across the full marketing funnel, including paid social, email, landing pages, video scripts, and integrated campaigns.
• Architect AI-powered copywriting and copy-review systems from the ground up to scale brand voice and quality across the organization.
• Build and maintain a living style guide and brand voice framework to serve as the foundation for all marketing output.
• Set the organizational editorial standard by running AI-powered reviews and coaching partners on messaging decisions.
• Develop creative territories and taglines that differentiate GlossGenius in a competitive market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting experience with a portfolio spanning brand, performance, and lifecycle work.
• Hands-on experience building AI writing tools and workflows that change how teams operate.
• Proven ability to translate product features into compelling customer transformations and business impact.
• Strong performance marketing instincts with a clear understanding of what drives conversion.
• Ability to work in-person in our NYC headquarters 3–4 days per week (required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays).
