About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Strategic Organizational Support (SOS) unit to guide workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and organizational design.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Employee Services and IP&O leadership, hiring managers, and supervisors.
  • Oversee SOS programs and provide consultative services to ensure employment actions are compliant and strategically aligned.
  • Supervise staff members in support of SOS operations, including intake coordination and documentation management.
  • Represent the division at recruitment fairs, outreach events, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Support inclusive hiring pathways by working with neurodivergent candidates, community partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in higher education administration, public administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in an administrative function.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with office technology.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel between university campuses.
