About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Strategic Organizational Support (SOS) unit to provide workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and organizational design advisory services.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, hiring managers, and supervisors regarding recruitment readiness and organizational design.
  • Supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery, consistency, and compliance across all SOS functions.
  • Represent the division at recruitment fairs, outreach events, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Support inclusive hiring pathways by working with neurodivergent candidates, community partners, and internal stakeholders to align with DEI goals.
  • Oversee SOS programs to ensure employment actions are strategically aligned and operationally sound.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in higher education administration, public administration, management, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum of two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License with a safe driving record.
  • Proven administrative professional experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and office technology.
