About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and review the new supplier onboarding process
- Provide oversight of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
- Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely processing to avoid late fees
- Reconcile statements and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements by documenting procedures and assisting with audits
- Partner with Global Accounting and Global Procurement to align and optimize processes
- Resolve questions and troubleshoot systematic issues
- Oversee and report on KPIs of AP team while streamlining global processes
- Assist in the new vendor process, PO creation, and budgeting tool management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3+ years of direct customer service experience
- Minimum 3+ years of accounts payable and/or finance experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience using ERP tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
