Senior Coordinator, Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans for Global Partnerships departments
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analyses, and insights for executive decision-making
• Collaborate with the Global Controller’s team to analyze variances across period-end close cycles
• Partner with functional leaders to align departmental financial targets with enterprise objectives
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in FP&A processes, templates, and reporting standards
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, automate reporting, and improve financial management practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of finance and/or accounting experience related to budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with ERP and Forecasting systems
• Experience creating and editing complex financial models
