About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans for Global Partnerships departments
- Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analyses, and insights for executive decision-making
- Collaborate with the Global Controller’s team to analyze variances across period-end close cycles
- Partner with functional leaders to align departmental financial targets with enterprise objectives
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in FP&A processes, templates, and reporting standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, automate reporting, and improve financial management practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of finance and/or accounting experience related to budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Strong expertise in budgeting and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with ERP and Forecasting systems
- Experience creating and editing complex financial models
