Senior Coordinator, Development

Responsibilities

• Partner with event managers to ensure high-quality event execution and achievement of revenue targets
• Manage relationships with event participants, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and vendors
• Oversee event projects including online presence, communications, auction management, and inventory
• Manage financial tasks such as processing donations, managing payments, and tracking expenses
• Provide multi-faceted support to area leadership, area boards, and event leadership committees
• Assist with volunteer management, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and recognition
• Serve as a subject matter expert for internal platforms including Salesforce and PowerBI

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 3 years of experience in event support or operations support
• Proficiency in Salesforce and PowerBI
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify solutions to issues
