About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a consistent point of contact for day-to-day client communications
- Lead status calls, prepare agendas, and track action items
- Build and maintain client trackers, toolkits, and summaries
- Support the development of client presentations and materials
- Develop and maintain project timelines across workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, production, and finance
- Track budgets, reconcile expenses, and support financial documentation
- Mentor Account Coordinators on workflow organization
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an agency, sponsorship, sports marketing, or related client-service environment
- Experience supporting day-to-day partnership or campaign execution
- Exposure to client communication and cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets and Slides required)
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing timelines across creative and production workflows
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI)
- Exposure to sponsorship strategy or partnership activation
