Senior Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical malfunctions on production equipment
• Develop engineering specifications for electrical control systems and equipment modifications
• Develop and support programming for PLCs, robots, and Panel Views
• Program and troubleshoot Fanuc, ABB, and Kuka robotic systems
• Modify SQL queries and create reports using stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server
• Maintain electrical drawings, schematics, and master backups for machine programs
• Provide technical support for office computers and plant equipment
• Support manufacturing metrics including Safety, OEE, and Scrap

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or Associate's degree with equivalent experience
• Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting (RSLogix 5000, RSLogix 500, RSView Studio)
• Experience with robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka)
• Working knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems
• Experience with Catia v5/v6 and Microsoft SQL Server
• Knowledge of Control systems design and Man Machine Interface programming
