Senior Controllers Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Balance inter-company Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (APAY)
• Post invoices related to SAP and non-SAP implemented companies and analyze payment reports
• Investigate, correct, and prevent inter-company imbalances on a quarterly basis
• Identify and present ideas for process enhancements to improve work efficiency
• Provide support to internal and external auditors
• Offer training and guidance to team members and stakeholders outside the Intercompany group
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and deploy new technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of professional accounting experience
• Working experience with ERP systems (SAP finance/financial accounting module is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in written and verbal English
• Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule aligned with international time zones
