Senior Controller/Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for an independent business unit within TRUMPF Switzerland AG
• Partner closely with business unit management to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Prepare variance analyses and provide decision-relevant information for management, the Board of Directors, and Group Headquarters
• Ensure timely and high-quality group reporting
• Coordinate and prepare budget planning, forecasts, and scenario analyses
• Analyze profitability and identify potential efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities
• Monitor and further develop key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role within an industrial environment
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and entrepreneurial thinking skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at the management level
• Proactive, independent, and precise working style
• Proficiency in SAP
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
• Advanced MS Office skills; experience with BI tools is an advantage
