Senior Controller/Finance Business Partner Global IT

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner and sparring partner for the Global IT function regarding financial compliance
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning for OPEX, CAPEX, and FTE costs
• Oversee project and investment controlling, including the creation of business cases and the development of IT controlling processes
• Develop IT reporting frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support the implementation of the "Finance Technical Roadmap" in collaboration with IT interface departments
• Assist with monthly and annual closing processes in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER / IFRS
• Lead and participate in complex IT and transformation projects
• Manage the Non-Capex portfolio and implement related processes and tools

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in controlling, ideally within a manufacturing environment and specifically within IT or project-based settings
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assertively communicate with various stakeholders
• High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
