About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the governance, monitoring, and standardization of strategic projects within the Project and Process Office.
  • Monitor project lifecycle gates, validating criteria, deliverables, and decision-making processes.
  • Manage the project portfolio and results by consolidating KPIs, strategic gains, and business impacts.
  • Perform economic-financial feasibility studies (CAPEX/OPEX) including payback, NPV, IRR, and ROI analysis.
  • Map and analyze organizational processes (AS IS / TO BE) and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Elaborate management reports and executive materials to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure the standardization of methodologies and tools across different business areas.

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and the construction of performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience in economic-financial feasibility studies and project scheduling/control.
  • Strong analytical thinking and systemic vision to connect initiatives with business impacts.
  • Must be able to work and reside in Salvador, BA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), or Lean.
  • Certifications in Process Improvement (BPM/BPMN, Lean Six Sigma) or Project Management (PMP, CAPM).
  • Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Artificial Intelligence applications for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of the electric sector regulations.
