Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic procurement and contract advice for large-scale construction projects and major capital programs
• Support the development and implementation of contracting strategies using various privately funded delivery models
• Draft Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluation scorecards, and contracts to support vendor procurement
• Develop contract structures for main delivery strategies, including complex multi-packaging scenarios
• Manage and update internal contract team trackers and review SOW and MPA proposal documentation
• Implement contracting strategies including risk identification, quantification, and allocation
• Coordinate with technical, legal, and commercial/financial professional team members to develop robust contract documents

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry or contract services for large-scale capital investment projects
• Degree or equivalent in construction or a related field of study
• Proven experience working in multi-contract environments and under various procurement routes
• Working knowledge of GMP, Lump Sum, or similar project-financed delivery models
• Expertise in contract development, administration, and drafting bespoke contract schedules or clauses
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
