Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the Contracts Management function, developing a vision for scaling support across the business and legal departments.
• Manage and develop a team of Contracts Managers through coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, procurement agreements, and statements of work.
• Establish best practices, playbooks, and operational processes to enhance consistency and efficiency.
• Partner with Legal Operations and technology teams to implement and optimize CLM solutions and automation tools.
• Analyze team performance and contract metrics to optimize resource allocation and workflow effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders regarding contract processes and policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of contracts management experience, with deep expertise in drafting and negotiating agreements.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience designing or scaling contracts management programs or operational processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency with CLM platforms and a strong aptitude for leveraging legal technology and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
