Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage contract activities for a large-scale project near Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
• Interface with client commercial management and executives to advise and report on the program's commercial and contract status.
• Provide technical guidance to assigned personnel and ensure timely, proficient contract administration.
• Manage staffing assignments, including recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating prospective employees.
• Collaborate with division and project management to support contract negotiations and administration.
• Review requests for proposals to identify risks and ensure terms conform to client policy.
• Negotiate complex or sensitive issues directly with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from an accredited university.
• Chartered status (QS) with a recognized international body such as CIOB or RICS.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional working experience.
• Proven experience in budgeting and cost planning for major projects.
• Experience preparing Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and managing claims.
• Proficiency in project tracking computer programs and general PC software packages.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of industry business practices and prime contract negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to perform in a high-level management capacity.
