Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and review of various contracts including vendor, client, and professional services agreements
• Manage and enhance the contract management system, including tracking renewals, expirations, and obligations
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex contractual issues and align with company policies
• Oversee aircraft redelivery contractual terms and manage redelivery service providers
• Conduct risk assessments and develop incident response plans to mitigate organizational threats
• Monitor regulatory changes to ensure compliance with laws, standards, and industry regulations
• Mentor Contract Associates and Managers to ensure knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, paralegal, or legal operations
• One of the following certifications: CPCM, CCCM, or equivalent advanced contract management certification
• In-depth knowledge of contract law and drafting
• Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARs)
• Proficiency with contract management systems
• Must qualify as a US Person for ITAR compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• MBA, MPA, or related discipline
• Aviation background and aircraft interior experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 initiatives and processes
