Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Program Manager for assigned aerospace contracts from RFQ through fulfillment
• Lead contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and customer communication
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Quality to ensure program success and compliance
• Manage project milestone schedules and ensure cross-departmental alignment
• Enter and track quotes and orders in the ERP system and validate PO flow-downs
• Monitor customer portals and opportunity boards such as SAM.gov for upcoming programs
• Support business development with technical contract inputs and pricing guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical Management, or a related field
• Juris Doctorate or a law-related background
• 5+ years of experience managing contracts within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• Expertise in contract lifecycle management, including RFQs and negotiations
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and commercial contract terms
• Experience using ERP systems for quote entry and contract management
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by EAR/ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting program delivery in aerospace or defense manufacturing
• Familiarity with ISO and quality compliance requirements
• APMP or PMP certification
