Senior Contracts Advisor

Responsibilities

• Advance company interests through the negotiation of high-quality agreements that ensure economic protection, stability, and transaction efficiency.
• Provide commercial and contractual support, including contract strategy, risk management, and claims avoidance.
• Interpret, draft, and negotiate contract "redlines" related to service and supply demands.
• Act as a liaison between Supply Chain, Law, Tax, Insurance, Cybersecurity, and other subject matter experts to capture business interests and risk allocation needs.
• Ensure all contracts are completed prior to required need dates or expiration dates.
• Drive continuous improvement in the contracting process to minimize cycle times through process re-engineering and the development of playbooks and checklists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Four (4) or more years of Supply Chain or business-relevant experience.
