About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and subcontracts end-to-end for the Creek Connect project
- Prepare and manage contract documentation, variations, and progress claims
- Support procurement and tendering activities
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, and commercial risks
- Liaise closely with project managers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to resolve commercial issues
- Ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in contracts administration on major infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage claims and variations confidently
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Current Driver’s Licence and the ability to drive on active construction sites
