Senior Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day administration of prime contracts, subcontracts, and joint venture agreements from inception through closeout.
• Oversee the variation order (VO) process, including identifying, negotiating, and processing contract changes and extensions of time (EoT).
• Proactively identify contractual risks and manage claims mitigation and resolution.
• Support procurement and tendering by assisting with RFP packages, bidder pre-qualification, and commercial proposal evaluation.
• Collaborate with Project Controls and Quantity Surveyors to review progress billings, invoices, and payment certificates.
• Serve as the primary focal point for contractual correspondence with clients, JV partners, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in contract administration or commercial management on large-scale infrastructure or mega-projects.
• Proven track record of working within Saudi Arabia (KSA).
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Law.
• Deep knowledge of FIDIC contract suites and KSA Government Procurement Laws.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as MRICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager).
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Experience with contract management software such as Primavera, Unifier, or SAP.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
