Senior Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract administration, including procurement, variations, claims, and closeout
• Lead subcontractor engagement, negotiation, and contract management
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and forecasting
• Provide commercial guidance while ensuring head contract compliance
• Identify risks, support dispute resolution, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator within civil infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement processes, and commercial management principles
• Experience working in alliance or collaborative contracting environments is highly regarded
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Law, or a similar field
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
