Senior Contract Manager Execution

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial, legal, and contractual support during pre-award stages, including contract review and risk advisory
• Assist procurement with subcontractor and supplier negotiations to ensure regional and contractual compliance
• Act as the primary point of contact for post-award contract management, resolving issues with clients and partners
• Oversee project financials, payments, insurance, claims, and change management processes
• Collaborate with project teams to manage risks and ensure continuous application of legal and commercial knowledge

Requirements

• Civil law legal education (Common law knowledge is an advantage)
• Experience in industrial plant project delivery or adjacent technology sectors
• Proficiency with standard form contracts such as NEC, IChemE, or FIDIC
• Strong expertise in contract management, change management, and producing claims
• Business fluency in both French and English is required (Arabic is an advantage)
