Senior Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Administer contracts by preparing and maintaining daily progress reports and event logs
• Provide contractual and commercial support during the preparation, execution and closure of complex projects
• Draft, review and negotiate (sub)contracts, variation orders, and claims
• Draft and review correspondence with partners, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Collaborate with Project, Insurance, Procurement, and Treasury departments
• Enhance contract awareness within the Project Team
• Mentor and supervise Contract Managers and Quantity Surveyors

Requirements

• Master's degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC, LOGIC, NEC, IMCA, or BIMCO contracts
• Experience in international maritime or civil engineering environments preferred
• Excellent command of English
• Willingness to work on a 6/4-week rotation at international project sites
