Senior Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial relationships with major OEM and strategic independent suppliers
• Lead tender management and bid events for major service contracts
• Oversee contract negotiations for Turbine Supply Agreements (TSAs), Equipment Supply Agreements (ESAs), and Service & Maintenance Agreements (SMAs)
• Train Plant Managers and Operations teams on contract performance and settlements
• Lead Quarterly Executive Business Reviews with major OEMs to manage supplier performance
• Manage end-of-warranty processes, including inspections and claim resolution
• Define Service Fee Budgets and ensure contract compliance regarding fee indexing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop Scopes of Work for bid packages

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of experience in contract drafting, interpreting, and administration
• 4+ years of experience negotiating and managing the alignment of 3rd party objectives with company needs
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, and specifications
• Strong analytical, project management, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build consensus and lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced college degree
• Demonstrated experience in streamlining work processes
