About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead cross-functional kaizen events focused on lean fundamentals, standard work, and visual management
- Drive implementation of tools and processes across operations, supply chain, engineering, and commercial functions
- Develop internal capability by training and coaching team members in lean thinking and continuous improvement practices
- Create and execute improvement roadmaps based on business system maturity assessments
- Enable teams to embrace standardization, accountability, and data-driven decision making
- Identify, document, and disseminate internal best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement
- Proven understanding of Lean Principles (5S, VSM, standard work, visual management, PDCA, SMED, A3)
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional kaizen events and system-wide CI initiatives
- Understanding of basic operations finance, including P&L impact and cost drivers
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree
