Responsibilities

• Define and uphold Jeeny’s tone of voice across all content and communication channels
• Lead the ideation and development of campaign messaging and creative concepts
• Review, edit, and mentor other writers to maintain quality and storytelling standards
• Write localized, engaging, and trend-relevant content for Jordan and KSA markets
• Create compelling ad copy for digital campaigns and optimize for engagement
• Develop content for passenger and driver applications to improve user experience
• Write and update website content, blog entries, and professional press releases
• Utilize AI-powered tools to support ideation, research, and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Languages, Translation, Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
• 5+ years of experience in copywriting or creative communications
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (including Modern Standard Arabic and Saudi dialect)
• Proven experience developing creative strategies and managing content projects
• Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and attention to detail
• Experience writing for social media, digital ads, blogs, and app content
• Understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement best practices
• Experience using AI-assisted writing and research tools
