Responsibilities

• Build the content operating model, including editorial calendars, workflows, and governance
• Develop content that drives adoption and awareness, such as playbooks and thought leadership
• Own the website as a validation asset, driving information architecture and page content optimization
• Define performance measurement and establish reporting infrastructure
• Set and defend editorial standards for customer stories and case studies

Requirements

• 6–10 years in content marketing, content strategy, or content operations
• Proven experience owning systems and building content infrastructure in enterprise B2B environments
• Hands-on experience managing a company website (IA, CMS, and optimization)
• Analytical fluency with ability to build dashboards and translate data into strategy
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to build scalable quality systems
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and define own work structures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in complex, regulated industries like insurance, insurtech, healthcare, or banking
• Background marketing AI or ML products to non-technical buyers
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma
• Familiarity with SEO and AEO best practices
• Experience helping a brand transition from startup to enterprise-grade
