Senior Content Marketing Manager

Retell AI is using first principles to reimagine the call center with cutting-edge voice AI. Backed by Y Combinator and Alt Capital, we have scaled to $80M ARR and are building a modern CX platform where entire contact centers are powered by intelligent AI workers.

Responsibilities

• Own customer storytelling end-to-end, from sourcing and interviewing to writing and distribution
• Produce written and video case studies with enterprise customers
• Write strategic blogs including industry POVs, benchmark narratives, and category arguments
• Translate technical product launches into stories for contact center leaders and enterprise buyers
• Partner with product marketing on launch narratives and announcements
• Manage the customer announcement cadence, company newsletter, and social content

Requirements

• 3-7 years in content marketing, editorial, or journalism
• B2B SaaS or tech experience
• A portfolio of published work including customer stories, essays, and launch content
• Proven end-to-end ownership of case studies
• Ability to work with technical products and communicate with engineers and executives
• Strong reporter instincts and editorial craft

Preferred Qualifications

• Newsroom or tech media background
• Video fluency (briefing agencies or filming scrappy walkthroughs)
• Experience with support, CX, or post-sales audiences
• Startup experience (Series A through C)
