Responsibilities

• Own the content roadmap across TOFU and MOFU, including guides, comparisons, and playbooks
• Identify SEO topics that map to user intent to drive pipeline and conversions
• Translate product releases into feature explainers, use cases, and adoption guides
• Produce customer proof assets such as case studies and sales enablement content
• Repurpose high-signal content across social, email, and community channels
• Track performance metrics including signups, PQL influence, and assisted conversions

Requirements

• 4–8 years of content marketing experience in B2B SaaS
• Strong long-form writing and editorial judgment
• Proven SEO competence in keyword strategy and topical authority
• Ability to write for technical audiences without distorting product truth
• Experience working in fast-paced, asynchronous team environments
• Metrics-driven mindset focused on conversions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with open-source, open-core, or developer-facing products
• Familiarity with security, compliance, and deployment narratives
• Experience creating comparison or "switch" content in competitive categories
• Experience with product education or documentation-adjacent content
