Senior Content Marketer

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic content marketing roadmaps, including ICP creation and messaging frameworks
• Conduct deep research to translate client needs into concrete content ideas like video scripts, blogs, and landing page copy
• Lead and own client relationships from onboarding through to roadmap planning
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure copy and design are visually aligned
• Guide and provide feedback to junior and medior content marketers
• Take full ownership of projects and challenge briefs to drive better outcomes

Requirements

• 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in B2B, fast-scaling, or agency environments
• Proficiency in strategic content marketing and workshop facilitation
• Strong writing skills for both long and short-form copy
• Ability to communicate clearly and proactively in Dutch and English
• Visual thinking skills to connect writing with design execution
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous learning and ownership
